Drive to Tinhorn Creek Vinyards and Lunch at Miradoro

The wait is over — it’s time to hit the road. Join us on Sunday, April 13th for a thrilling spring run through the Okanagan, capped off with an unforgettable lunch at Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards.

We’ll rally at 9:30 a.m. in West Kelowna at the Landmark Cinemas parking lot (525 Highway 97 South, Senena Road) for Waiver signing, then hit the road for a drive to Penticton, where we’ll link up with our South Okanagan members at the Dragon Boat Pub parking lot 3895 Lakeside Rd. From there, we’ll take a twisty drive along East Side Road to OK Falls and on as a group to Tinhorn Creek — a spectacular winery perched on a hillside overlooking the valley, with outstanding grounds and facilities that are perfect for relaxing, taking in the view, and lining up our cars in style.

At Miradoro, we’ll enjoy a 3-course set menu at $66 per person, plus 18% gratuity, featuring:

Starter– Daily Soup or Salad

Main Course a choice of one of the following:

– Local Squash Garganelli – burrata, sage, walnuts, miso brown butter sauce

– Confit Duck Leg – crisp polenta, braised red cabbage, hakurei turnip, cherry agrodolce

– Pan-Roasted Ling Cod – chive & grain crust, braised kale, lentils, parsnip purée, warm tomato & soy vinaigrette

– Pepperoni Pizza – tomato, pepperoni, fior di latte, parmesan, oregano

Dessert – Tiramisu

We’re hoping to see at least 30 cars on the road for this one — the more Porsches, the better. There’s nothing quite like the rumble of a convoy winding through Okanagan roads.
