The August Family Foundation raised over $800,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities BC & Yukon.
BCIR President was among the drivers with his co-pilot Ethan who is a huge car enthusiast.

On a beautiful day in BC, 12 cars and 25 members joined to drive from Kelowna to Salmon arm and Lunch at the wonderful Salmon Arm Golf Course.

Several BCIR members met in West Kelowna and drove together down to Area 27 in Oliver. There was a threat of rain but were lucky enough to escape getting wet. Everyone enjoyed the parade lap around the track and the autocross.
Lunch was served in the newly built Clubhouse.

Cars came from Oregon, Washington, California, BC and Alberta. They rolled through West Kelowna and BCIR hosted their brunch at 19 Okanagan Grill before continuing onto Nelson.
Red River Region, out of Winnipeg, celebrated their 20th anniversary in the Rockies. Several BCIR members joined them for a wonderful 4 day touring event.
It was held at the Copper Point Resort in Invermere with a welcome reception and farewell party. Driving tours included historic Fort Steele, lunch at the Post Hotel in Lake Louise and a drive along the scenic Bow Valley Parkway to Banff.
There were many members from different regions within Zone 6. Thank you to Red River for a great weekend!

Amazing start cruising along Westside Rd in Kelowna to Lumby for a coffee stop. Took the Needles Ferry to Nakusp for lunch. Drove twisty turns pass New Denver and Kaslo.
Early start to the Balfour Ferry where we met another BCIR member. Our drive hugged along the Kooteney river with fabulous roads and views.
Now with 7 cars in Creston, we had lunch at St Eugene Casino and checked into Copper Point Resort in Invermere. We took day 3 off for a pool day. Dinner at Panorama Golf Resort with great views!
All roads were amazing and we had a lot of fun!!

It was a cloudy, cool start in West Kelowna with 7 cars but after Merritt sunny all the way. We met up with the Kamloops chapter in Merritt where 7 cars joined. Off to Cache Creek to meet with 1 more car. 15 cars rolled into the Fort Berens Winery for a wonderful lunch. Sunny Funday Sunday it was!!
