CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations processed for this event will be assessed a fee to cover financial commitments and administration costs (without exception).
- 5% fee – for cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event start
- 25% fee – for cancellations 59 to 30 days prior to the event start
- 50% fee – for cancellations 29 to 14 days prior to the event start
- No refund – for cancellations fewer than 14 days prior to the event start

"The Rail Trail Café & Market is situated right on Kalamalka Lake Road by Kalamalka Beach and at the start of the Okanagan Rail Trail! We offer a variety of specialty beverages, individually crafted coffees, espresso, teas, and menu items including baked goods, snacks, soups, and more!
Our mini market also features great local products, fresh/frozen grocery items, and gifts.
Our well-known social setting is open year-round offering a cozy and welcoming environment to relax, meet with others, work, or read a book!
Our large outdoor patio is the perfect spot in the summertime with great views and just steps from the beach."
