CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations processed for this event will be assessed a fee to cover financial commitments and administration costs (without exception).
- 5% fee – for cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event start
- 25% fee – for cancellations 59 to 30 days prior to the event start
- 50% fee – for cancellations 29 to 14 days prior to the event start
- No refund – for cancellations fewer than 14 days prior to the event start
About this event
This event is only for our many volunteers who use their personal time to plan and run all of our fun events. Get included in 2027 by ending an email to president@bcir-pca.org to volunteer.
